Ah yes, thanks Gus. I liked Ron F's image of plans all over the place. And I think it was long enough ago that I actually crossed out the shoulds and wrote shalls in a spare Red Book and wrote TSBI on the front cover. Imagine being able to do that nowadays, and be in compliance!
