Ron, I'm not familiar with USACoE, mostly I do DoS. But the specification aren't standard, they have been modified and clearly state "No Seismic Bracing Required".
This was brought up by the rep but they still go back to the specification indicating as such and was approved change by the CoR/DoR, I forget the acronym lol. This project is in Bahrain.
