Mastering any program is like knowing everything there is to know about sprinklers - not really probable. But I've been using AutoSprink for over 10 years and may be able to help. Send me an email 'off forum' with your designer's name and I'll give him/her a call to see if I can help. Tech support for most products do just that - give you technical help. What you seem to be asking is not really that.
