Read the NFPA-13 versus IBC/IFC Electronic Supervision discussion, yes the IBC Requirements trump NFPA-13 in the hierarchy of things. But here’s another code section to consider; 2013 NFPA-13 11.2.2.5 “The lower duration value of Table 11.2.2.1 shall be acceptable only where the sprinkler system waterflow alarm device(s) and supervisory device(s) are electrically supervised and such supervision is monitored at an approved, constantly attended location.” Which numbers were used, 30-60, 60-90 ?
