Hilti Fire Stop, STI Fire Stop, and 3M Fire Stop all have solutions for that.
They also provide ways of calculating exactly how to do it and document for how
to prove compliance.

The Fire Stop Contractors International Association has a list of people in
your area that can help you. Hilti, STI, and 3M can help you figure it out for
a single event. But having lunch with one of the FCIA people is enlightening.

Make sure you can get a sleeve/caulk combo to give the 3 hour rating. That may
be a challenge to find.

Is there anything that precludes passing pipe thru a 3-hour rated wall? I don’t
see anything in 13 that says you can’t, we’d obviously fire calk the holes.
