Forumites:

Scottsdale has required residential sprinklers since 1985 and those residential 
sprinklers are now more than twenty years old.  Is anyone performing or 
recommending twenty year inspections of these sprinklers?  Obviously NFPA 25 
doesn't apply to 13D systems, I know that, but if you have to test fast 
response after twenty years, why wouldn't it apply to residential systems?

Comments, thoughts?
