Is it possible to have the unit heaters mounted more than 7 feet BELOW the sprinkler heads? That allows you to use intermediate temp heads [see Table 8.3.2.5(a)].
This has worked for us in the past. If they are mounting the unit heaters to columns, that should be feasible.
