This isn't really my responsibility, but I have an AHJ looking for a letter from the structural engineer that certifies an existing building will hold the weight of the fire sprinkler system. The engineer on the project I am working on is asking for an example of what they letter should state. Does anyone happen to have an old letter or verbiage from a set of plans that I can take a look at? - Not my job, just trying to help a client out.
