I have an office building with ceiling throughout, non combustible construction. There is a closet that has no ceiling, walls don't go to deck, and it has a ships ladder that leads to a 20x20 mechanical platform above the ceiling, also of non combustible construction. This platform has 3'-0 knee walls around it.
