It's funny, if the diesel fuel was in anything other than a truck, it would be EH2. Some of the criteria makes very little sense, especially in cases like this where a fuel spill would most likely end up being shielded from overhead sprinklers and is a non-miscible hydrocarbon.
Wait until we have a fire involving an electric fire apparatus.
