Can a sprinkler deflector be level with the bottom of an obstruction at 6" away? NFPA-13 (2022) Table 10.2.7.2 (a) says you can be 0" above the bottom at less than 1' away. I have in rack sprinklers and the contractor put the pallet stops above the tier being protected (wrong tier).
