We are looking at a refrigeration storage facility that is looking at a new client and they want to make sure they can use the space and asked s to have a look.
The new client will be storing fish in exposed expanded Group A plastic coolers, and these will be stored on single, double and multi row racks. The existing sprinkler system is designed to 0.30usgpm over 2000 ft² plus two levels of in-rack sprinklers. I cannot find any protection schemes for design area applications that will provide protection schemes for the exposed expanded Group A plastics.
