Our company is having a difficult time getting accurate piping layouts from our clients when doing add and relocate projects of varying sizes. I was wondering if anyone has tried scanning the existing systems and if so, what scanner setup are you using. I have looked at Faro and a couple other brands, but it looks very labor intensive to get the scan and assemble it into a usable model.
