I did contact a fire code official and in this township (Pennsylvania) they are enacting an ordinance that says to use the 25 edition of 13 and make it .4 over 2000 ft for showrooms and service bays. But I could not find it in the newest edition. Jay Stough NICET IV LAYOUT NICET III ITM
