Dewayne,
A couple of questions:
1) Does this meet the 10% or 4,000sf requirement?
2) Does the storage meet the 1,000sf in one pile requirement?
3) Is there 25' or more between storage areas?
If you don't meet the above criteria, you are moved into the Low-Piled
Storage requirements.
In my opinion, what you have would be considered solid shelves.
4.3.1.5.1 than re-directs you to 25.6.1, from there it gets complicated.

Sheets of laminate (class III) (5’x10’) stored in multiple row solid

looking at it from the front the rack uprights are 6ft apart. The
rack is 12ft high and contains 5 rows total. How would one go about
protecting this? There is no room between the shelves for in-racks
. Is section 4.3.1.5.1 (NFPA 13, 2019ed) allowing me to protect with
a OH2 overhead density if the racks meet the definition of
miscellaneous storage?
