Deep exposure to multiple languages (e.g. Node.js, Scala, Perl, Java, C/C++, others) . Significant experience in scaling open source technologies . Excellent Linux skills (sysstat, strace, tcpdump, gdb, etc.) . Experience with No-SQL solutions like Redis, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc. . Demonstrated ability to learn and develop production-ready code in a new language very rapidly. . Deep experience and passion for agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) . Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product/Program managers and make solid contributions Nice-To-Have Skills . Experience with VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and technology (FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, SBC, Hammer XMS) . Experience with asynchronous / event-driven programming . Chef, Puppet .
