Hmm,

Well Ipython starts just fine on it's own but it seems the problem exists
whenever Spyder or Pythonxy try to start it.
The following 2 methods (installed via pythonxy 2.7.2.3) both fail if that
helps.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\pythonxy\console\Console.exe" -t "IPython (mlab)"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\pythonxy\console\Console.exe" -t "IPython (Qt)"
