Hi guys Many many thanks to the developers of Spyder. I teach computational economics and use Python. I find that my students / colleagues are keen to try Python, but give up because they're busy and it's too fiddly to get started. Spyder is exactly what I need to get them going.
I've written a very basic tutorial aimed at beginner programmers getting started with Python: http://johnstachurski.net/lectures/spyder.html I'm sure it's not directly useful to anyone here, but it might be useful if you have students, or want to give newbies a starting point. Again, many thanks to all the developers. Your hard work is much appreciated. John. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spyder" group.
