Just downloaded it and fired it up via bootstrap.py... question for ya. I got the following warning in the ipython console:

Python 2.7.3 (default, Sep 26 2012, 21:51:14)
Type "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

IPython 0.13.1.rc2 -- An enhanced Interactive Python.

<snip help text>

Welcome to pylab, a matplotlib-based Python environment [backend: Qt4Agg].
For more information, type 'help(pylab)'.
WARNING:
    Assigning the ETS variable `QT_API=pyqt` implies PyQt's v2 API for
    QString and QVariant, but PyQt has already been imported
    with v1 APIs. You should unset QT_API to work with PyQt4
    in its default mode.

In [1]:

Is this something I need to change (where/how?) or is this a known issue?

FWIW, this is the platform I'm running on:

[Python 2.7.3 64bits, Qt 4.8.2, PyQt4 (API v2) 4.9.3 on Linux]

i.e. Ubuntu 12.10
