Hello, I am testing the following version:
Spyder Version: 2.2.0beta4 (2688+:rdf77389f20bf) Python Version: 2.7.3 Qt Version: 4.8.1, PyQt4 (API v2) 4.9.1 on Linux It has the following issue: I cannot append new lines to pure .txt files. I attached a README.txt file where this problem appears. I can edit it, but I cannot append new lines. This problem did not exist with the first beta4 revision. This folder contains pickled pandas dataframe (.df) files, one for each flight. For the meaning of "pickled" see: http://docs.python.org/2/library/pickle.html
