When I open an IPython interpreter from the console, %paste and %cpaste both work.
But with I start a new IPython kernel from the console, I get the error message ERROR: Line magic function `%paste` not found. I'm using the IPython kernel instead of the interpreter, since that seems to be the only startup option.
