The're is an option of Variable explorer: "Save data as", which allows to save all variables to spydata-file. I wonder, which code does it preform? I mean can anyone tell me wich command should I use to perform this action in my script? It's so convinient to do it automatically (as for exampe in Matlab). Unfortunatelly I haven't found anything in the Internet. P.S. Thank you for your answer!
