This is working fine for me with 2.2 (on Linux) but it's broken with 2.3
and the latest IPython 1.0dev. This is probably a side effect of the
massive API changes 1.0 is bringing with it.
I'll fix it as soon as I can.

OK, thanks. that did the trick!
Now, I still would like to see that
CTRL+C jumps into the IPython console window.
Instead, it currently goes into the widget saying Kernel XXXXX
and I would have to manually swich to the IPython window.
Could we change that somehow?
