This is a feature request/suggestion. Since Spyder can already render rst formatted docstrings in the object inspector, might it be a simple matter to output documentation files somehow? For instance, when I'm editing an RST doc file, it would be great if I could see the formatted version in the object inspector window (or some other window) as I type. I noticed the object inspector window has a dropdown box for 'source', but when I select 'editor', nothing appears. I presume this only applies to method docstrings. It would awesome to be able to edit doc files right in Spyder.
