Hi,
It seems you have a too strict firewall that doesn't let Spyder to open
a port it needs to run the interpreter in an external process.
Please try to deactivate it or add an exception rule for Spyder. That's
my only recommendation.
Cheers,
Carlos

Hello guys!
I am very new to Python and Spyder, so... sorry if it is a stupid
question :P
When I load the interpreter on Spyder, it doesn't run. Instead, the
following message appears:
*
*
*Error in sitecustomize; set PYTHONVERBOSE for traceback:*
*ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061] Nenhuma conexão pôde ser
feita porque a máquina de destino as recusou ativamente*
*Python 3.3.2 (v3.3.2:d047928ae3f6, May 16 2013, 00:06:53) [MSC v.1600
64 bit (AMD64)] on win32*
*Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.*
*>>> *
The portuguese part says "No connection could be made because the
target machine actively refused it"
Any ideas?
