I had this same issue and I fixed it by putting the directory C:\WinPython-64bit-3.3.2.3\python-3.3.2.amd64\Lib\site-packages\spyderlib\widgets\externalshell
into my PYTHONPATH environmental variable. It seems as thought python could not find the sitecustomize.py file without doing this.
