Per my post a few days ago on the last WinPython release announcement (
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/spyderlib/8f8IqejB_bc/bSZM6AG_ImwJ), three
packages are missing from the latest WinPython--rope, pyflakes, and pep3.
I think rope is the critical one to get the editor linked to the object
inspector. I was unsuccessful installing these using the WinPython control
panel, at least in Py3.

Ultimately, this may be a WinPython problem (I think?), but it would be
nice if there were a temporary fix until WinPython is released with these
packages.
