Yep, Spyder does have this functionality but not using shortcuts. First
you have to go
View > Windows and Toolbars > Source Toolbar
and a new toolbar will be shown. The last two of its buttons to the
right (the ones with blue arrows below a white rectangle with a cursor
in it) will let you move to the previous and next cursor positions.

Does Spyder have cursor rewinding? For example, I would want to make
edits in function A, select "Go to definition" to go to function B,
and then return to function A. This would be the Alt-Left shortcut in
Eclipse.
