That script is used only when you're installing Spyder. I don't think
you need to run it after that.

spyder_win_post_install.py in order to create the start menu programs.

terminal, but I get an error "NameError: global name
'get_special_folder_path' is not defined".
I couldn't figure out how to run it :/
From what I understood that function is part of the distutils module
and it should be auto imported when running a post-install script, but
Maybe I'm confusing stuff...
