That box is disabled because you don’t have installed a library called
|rope|. You can verify that that’s the case by going to
|Help > Optional dependencies
|
and seeing that the |rope| entry is in red.
To install rope you need to run these commands in a terminal (|cmd.exe|
in Windows): for Python 2
|pip install rope
|
and for Python 3
|pip install rope_py3k
|
