Sorry, there is a pending pull request to solve this issue but I haven't
had time to merge it. I'll do it right away.
Cheers,
Carlos

Please revisit Issue 1970
<https://code.google.com/p/spyderlib/issues/detail?id=1970>. It seems
like the new dependency on pexpect breaks Windows support. Is there a
pexpect module that works on Windows? The docs say no
<http://pexpect.readthedocs.org/en/latest/install.html>.
I have added a comment to the issue tracker. I produce ImportError
when running `python.exe bootstrap.py`.
