I start getting the following traceback if I run a script containing an
error in a new console. It started after upgrading to the latest spyder
version.
This is only happening on my windows 7 machine running python 2.7 (the same
version runs fine on linux).
I have tried to reinstall and reset spyder - but that does not help....
It seems to be an encoding issue. Source is in UTF-8.
