Hi all again :) These past weeks have been hard work trying to get all pending PR in bitbucket up to date and the migration to GitHub is inminent (right Carlos ;-) ?)
Having different ploting packages nowadays demands a convenient way of grouping/handling them together. We have matplotlib, ggplot2 <http://blog.yhathq.com/posts/ggplot-for-python.html>, bokeh, Vuze. Do you think having a new plugin that groups the output of all these packages together (maybe not vuze... ) much like RStudio has a Plot widget that stores the generated plots? What ideas do you have in mind? *Being Social* Part of having some interaction in the upcoming future for Spyder, we have setup a few things: - A Twitter <https://twitter.com/spyder_ide>, Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/pages/Spyder-IDE/1575444006019383> and Google+ Page <https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/107193318474220481102/107193318474220481102> to post updates - Google+ Community <https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/107193318474220481102/communities/112932801653352854842>. Please feel free to drop by and join - A youtube channel <https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK0uCG7DVzKUAhaw8veitkw>, for tutorials (under construction!), please subscribe If you feel overwhelmed by all these channels, don't be. The idea is to appeal different users, some prefer twitter, some facebook, some google+. The community offers more flexibility than google groups, so we can setup Monthly Hangouts to discuss features and use of Spyder as well as making Polls (also available in Facebook) Cheers -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spyder" group.
