Running spyder 2.3.1 on Win7 via Anaconda 2.1.0 x86 (32 bit) Python 3,
installed on a USB drive.

I am working with a Flask tutorial and wanted to cancel a running server in the
internal command line console by hitting Ctrl+c but I get this weird right
angle symbol (looks like a superscript capital L). When I hit Ctrl+d I get the
opposite / mirror image symbol, Ctrl+s gives a double exclamation mark.
Others, such as Ctrl+a, work normally. Everything seems to work okay inside
the iPython console.

Is this a spyder bug, a setting issue, or something else?

TIA,

Monte
