Thanks.
It occurs me that the possibility to add custom external tool into
applicaton Tool menu would solve similar issues for the future. Yes I tend
to run user scripts with various utilities like *pyuic4* :-) but I am
aware the fact that spyder is focused on scientific environment primarily.
