In that case they are probably not set.

At this point you would seem to have two options:

1) Wait to see if someone else on the list has seen this and can provide an answer,

2) Upgrade to the latest version 2.3.4 and see if the problem goes away. I looked at the CHANGELOG for 2.3.2 --> 2.3.4 and did not see anything directly on point, but maybe it got resolved as a side effect of another fix.
