Actually PyQt4-webkit is not install, qtwebkit is already install from
EPEL repository. The above error due to this package only not wit
qtwebkit.
So, is the problem fixed?

You need to install these packages
qtwebkit
PyQt4-webkit
to solve your problem. I think they are not part of the official
CentOS repos, so you need to look for them in external ones (like
EPEL).
