Hi, I am facing a problem after I needed to reinstall Anaconda due to some troubles with Spyder. Everything is working fine now except that I can't set Spyder as default opening my .py files. I already tried to set it as default by right click, selecting open with -> choose default program and then open it with Aanconda/pythonw.exe as well as Anaconda/Scripts/spyder.exe. Both times nothing happens. Checking out the task manager pythonw.exe runs but after some time stops and disappears.
I hope someone can help me. I am quite new to Python and might be missing something. Thanks in advance.
