shows to me that somehow you have an environment where Anaconda and
System Python are getting called to each other. Even worst, Anaconda's
Python 3.4 is calling the Python 2.7 from your system, which is giving
you the error you're seeing.
I don't know how you ended up in that state. Probably you added
something to your PATH or PYTHONPATH env vars and you don't remember
about it :-)
In any case, I'm sorry to say that this looks like a problem in your
system, so there's little we can do to help you about it.

Hi,
I recently installed Anaconda on OSX. I had Spyder already installed
but wanted to use it with Anaconda and all of the packages that come
with it. I think the fact that I already had Spyder, or had it opened,
screwed something up because Spyder won't load from Anaconda launcher
