i searched, but could not find a specific answer - is it adequate (or OK) to just delete the previous spyder package (v2.3.2) from my applications folder (Mac OS X Yosemite) to "uninstall"? i am now using spyder (i believe v2.3.8) through anaconda (v2.4.1), which is working fine and even has the same settings from my previous install. just trying to clean up and save disk space and avoid affecting anaconda-spyder. thanks for any advice/help.
