Hi,
You can't use the IPython console in combination with ArcGis because you
don't have installed the qtconsole package in your ArcGis interpreter. I
don't know if that's possible. It all depends if ArcGis comes with pip
or not.

in spyder using conda install python=2.7.8; but why i still cannot
