As I am a power user and know what I'm doing. I managed to get it running
at least with the bootstrap.py after installing some dependencies.

I think the setup.py does not really complete the Installation...

C:\Python34\python.exe bootstrap.py
Executing Spyder from source checkout
Revision None, Branch: None
01. Patched sys.path with C:\Users\ecksjoh\Downloads\spyder-3.0.0b3
02. PyQt5 is detected, selecting
03. Imported Spyder 3.0.0b3
    [Python 3.4.2 64bits, Qt 5.5.0, PyQt5 5.5 on Windows]
0x. Enforcing parent console (Windows only)
04. Running Spyder
Bootstrap completed in 00:00:00.8112

I still don't know why the Standard Startup does not work for me...
But I understand that this is my Problem.

Thanks for releasing this beta, and Keep up the good work!
