Hi,

Does your DataFrame contain categorical data (of type "category")? I have 
noticed a bug that prevents the display of DataFrames in Spyder in this 
case. It would still be listed in the Data Explorer but you can't see the 
content. The bug is present in both version 2.3.9 and 3.0dev.
