to announce that Spyder 3.1.1 has been released and is available for
Windows, GNU/Linux and MacOS X:

This release comes four days after version 3.1.0 and fixes an important
bug in the IPython console, which was not clearing correctly sys.argv
when initialized.
In this release we also fixed 3 issues and merged 3 pull requests that
