On my computer (Ubuntu 16.04 + Anaconda/Python 3.5) it is "Ctrl Shift + " 
to zoom in the console, and "Ctrl -" to zoom out. For the Editor, just 
"Ctrl +" and "Ctrl -" will do the trick.
