Hi,

This is a bug in the Python console on Windows. Unfortunately we don't know how to fix it, sorry.

Because of this and several other errors, we are going to remove the Python console in Spyder 3.2. Of course, we'll be sure to migrate to the IPython console all its features.

Cheers,
Carlos

Hello everybody,

I updated from Spyder 2 to 3 via Anaconda.

I now notice that when I run my scripts in the Python console, I now need to press ENTER after I hit RUN FILE to get the script to run/complete. I've looked in Tools>Preferences and can't find anything to get it back to the old functionality.

How can I make the script complete without having to hit ENTER afterwards?

Thanks in advance

Clive
