First, if this has already been asked and answered, I apologize. I looked
through multiple pages of google results and through a search of this group
and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I'm asking here.

I have started using Spyder for my company as a Matlab replacement as they
don't have Matlab. I like it quite a lot and it does a great job emulating
without copying. With the data I'm editing, I like to look at it in the
variable explorer, but I'm tired of hitting refresh every time I run the
script, and I don't want it refreshing every couple seconds and tying up
the memory trying to do that.

So my question is there a line(s) of code that I can add to the end of my
script that forces the explorer to refresh once it gets there so that the
program refreshes once at the end and only once.

Thanks,
-Nicholas
