You simply need to import it in one of our IPython consoles. For example:
import pandas as pd

To install conda packages you need to open a system terminal (i.e.

Hello, I am new to spyder and cannot figure out how to get my
packages working. I am ultimately trying to get scikit-learn to
work but this particular package is built upon numpy, scipy, and
matplotlib. I have all of these because I installed spyder
through anaconda. When I try to use conda in my command prompt
window it executes correctly but when I add the correct paths to
the pythonpath manager conda still errors with "conda is not
defined". I do not understand why conda isnt defined.
Help would be greatly appreciated, I am using Windows 10, Spyder
