They have just released version 3.2.1 where they have fixed the high dpi scaling issues, see here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/spyderlib/ZiM03kmU4iA If you use the anaconda distribution wait a day or two until they update spyder in their repo and then conda install spyder.
