That's correct. Spyder 3.2 will be shipped with Anaconda 5, to be released in the next weeks.

Hi, do you know if the newest Anaconda has already updated to the newest Spyder? It seems Anaconda still uses the 3.1 version.

This release comes one week after version 3.2.2 and it adds the
    following new features:

      * A button to the Variable Explorer to remove all variables at once.

It also fixes one critical problem:

      * An |AttributeError| when running code in the IPython console
while using old versions of the qtconsole package.

In this release we fixed 10 issues and merged 9 pull requests that
amount to almost 40 commits. For a full list of fixes, please see
    our Changelog
    <https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/blob/3.x/CHANGELOG.md>.

Don’t forget to follow Spyder updates/news on the project Github
    website <https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder>.

Last, but not least, we welcome any contribution that helps making
Spyder an efficient scientific development and computing
environment. Join us to help creating your favorite environment!

    Enjoy!
    Carlos
